MG Sports Therapy (Mim Good) is responsible for the personal information you give when you book.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number, what you booked and whether you have paid. We do not collect health information through this website.
Why
To manage your booking, contact you about it and keep simple payment records. The lawful basis is to take steps at your request to provide the service you booked.
Who else sees it
Bookings are kept in a private Google Sheet. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Confirmation emails are sent from Mim’s Google account.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to provide your sessions and meet accounting rules, normally up to six years for payment records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by calling or texting Mim on 07500 776509 or replying to any booking email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
